Cancellation Policy
* If a request for a refund is received by Midnight Monday, April 3, 2017 (registrant's time zone,) a refund less a $250.00 US administrative fee, may be authorized. A student or One Day / Spouse refund less a $100.00 US administrative fee, may be authorized for student or One Day/Spouse registrants as per the same deadline date and time.
* After Midnight Monday, April 3, 2017 (registrant's time zone), no refund for cancellation will be authorized, only substitutions.
* Additional bank handling fee will be borne by delegates for the refund.
