PALM ECO-TOWN DEVELOPMENT CO . , LTD .

Palm Eco-Town Development Co., LTD. ("Palm") was founded in 1984 and listed on the Small and Medium Enterprise Board (“SME Board”) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010 (Stock Code: 002431).

Palm operates in more than 20 cities in China, as well as in Hong Kong and Europe, including a controlling stake in Belt Collins International (HK) Limited. Palm operates a dual-engine business platform featuring eco-environment and eco-town operations which together seek to promote a new type of ecological urbanization in China.

Palm has focused on the living eco-environment for the last three decades. Palm provides clients with whole-industry chain services required for the ecological environment, including design and landscaping. With 2,000 landscaping works in varied forms and styles completed in over 100 cities of different regions across China, Palm is the leader in transforming from a traditional landscaping service provider into an integrated environment operator.

Benefiting from favorable national policies, particularly the “13th Five-year” plan, Palm is at the vanguard of a golden era for a new form of urbanization under the national development theme of “ecological civilization” and “new urbanization policies”.

During its 30th anniversary in 2014, Palm unveiled its eco-town development strategy. The Company's long-term strategic goal is to become “a leading global eco-town operator", and remain a leader in China's new urban transformation.

In terms of the eco-town business operations, Palm integrates resources at home and abroad. In 2015, Palm began the introduction of the eco-town model in Changsha (in Hunan Province) and Guiyang (in Guizhou Province). As shown in current trial projects, Palm fully utilizes their role model effect. By tapping into resources available through collaboration with local governments, as well as capitalizing on PPP/EPC projects, Palm has started to explore the introduction of its eco-town operation model to Jinshan (in Shanghai), Liling (in Hunan Province), Haikou (in Hainan Province).
